Return / Refund Policy

The following return policy applies to USA and Canadian orders only. For all international order information, please email us at info@vickyandlucas.com

Our return policy strives to be as flexible as possible for our customer while allowing us to provide instant insider access to products at a significant discount. As a result, not every product can be returned. Items in Clearance are not eligible for returns/store credit.

Please Note: 

  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, return it in the 30 days following your purchase starting from the delivery date, in its original condition, packaging with tags and original receipt for a store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • The store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it was issued
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
  • Final Sale or Clearance items may not be returned and are not eligible for a store credit.
  • Customer will pay the shipping fee for returning the items. We will issue a store credit once we receive the items you returned.


RETURN POLICY

Your original receipt must accompany your returned items(s) to process your store credit. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tags attached and deemed by Vicky and Lucas to be unworn/undamaged condition before they can be accepted for a store credit.

Merchandise must be returned 30 days following your purchase starting from the delivery date, and the store credit amount will be applied to the original payment method.  You will receive an email with a code you can enter during checkout for your next purchase. For audit purposes, we ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number.

Pls. state clearly in your UPS or USPS Commercial invoice that it is a returned.

 Customer is responsible for shipping fees and duties/taxes across the border for the returned items.  Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a store credit.
